This issue has been addressed through last night's AppNeta upgrade.
Broadcom Engineering has prepared a software fix for this issue and is planning to apply it during system maintenance scheduled for July 12th at 8pm (EST). Please see this status page for details of that maintenance window.
Broadcom Engineering has identified an issue with new installations of Container-based Monitoring Points. During this time, newly installed Container-based Monitoring Points will fail to start after installation.
Existing container based Monitoring Points will continue to operate as expected.
