Arcot monitoring detected an elevated rate of challenge transaction failures between 05:15 to 05:47GMT. Our investigation reveals that there was a problem with one of the 3DS Server (Merchant - Cardinal Commerce) which had a problem in processing the result requests during the challenge transaction flow for EMV3DS. Impact: Transactions that do not require a challenge step (frictionless) will not be impacted. The cardholder may experience increased latency while being challenged causing the cardholder to abandon the purchase or an error in the challenge window will be presentedIf 'Attempts' processing is not available for this transaction, it is likely that the cardholder may be have been prompted for another payment method. Please note that the issue seems to have recovered at 05:47GMT and challenge transaction processing is happening now without any failures.
