Broadcom Engineering has continued to monitor the issue through the night and following the production upgrade last night. We have confirmed through this monitoring that our fix is comprehensive and has been successfully deployed to all application nodes.

Broadcom Engineering has identified an issue affecting the app-01 and app-03 application nodes. This issue is characterized as a failure to execute diagnostics triggered by a network path violation.
