On June 21, 2023, we will be performing general maintenance on the Cloud Secure Web Gateway in EMEA region reporting infrastructure to improve stability and continue to optimize the service.
Impact
- Slight delays in report generation and for a brief period of time may be unavailable
- Customers that retrieve events via the Sync API may see short delays with events
- Data ingestion may be delayed
