The deployment is complete but a small subset of data is still being rebuilt. This remaining dataset is expected to complete over the coming weekend. We will provide further updates next week or as soon as more information becomes available.

We have started deploying a fix. This rollout involves building index data which require couple days to complete. A small subset of customers may continue to experience some email search results missing. Note that this issue is only impacting a small number of emails that are not showing up on Track & Trace search feature. There is no impact to delivery and security scanning of your email traffic, and all other aspects of our services remain functional.

We are aware of some customers currently experiencing issues with Clientnet Track and Trace searches for email, where some email search results are missing. Our engineering team is currently investigating the issue.
