On March 16, 2023 between 16:23 and 17:00 UTC, some customers on US infrastructure may have experienced longer than usual time to load portal dashboards.

We have identified the cause of this issue and implemented a fix. No other aspect of the service was impacted by this issue. We are monitoring the service and will provide updates as new information becomes available.
