There was an issue with AnonVPN in our backend from 3/3 16:55 to 3/6 09:28 Pacific Time that caused connections to fail from a subset of on-premises customers. Affected customers would have degraded analysis results during that time. Customers can check for AnonVPN interface errors in their Monitoring Logs to see if they were affected. This has been resolved. Furthermore, we are planning to work on improving the monitoring and reliability of this service.
