  • When allocating network for VM or LB VIP, consider free IP address space across the set of all IP ranges within the network.

  • When allocating a network from within a network profile containing multiple networks, we will now consider the free IP address space across the set of IP ranges within the network to avoid choosing a network on which provisioning can not succeed.

  • Extensibility events are available for approval workflows New event topics are now available for various events during the approval workflow in accordance with an approval policy.

  • Support deployment related property conditions for custom day2 actions Deployment resource properties as conditions are now supported.

  • Support IPv6 for Aria Auto provisioned workloads with external IPAM This feature introduces support for assigning IPv6 to single and dual stacked workloads provisioned by Aria Automation where IPv6 address is requested via Aria Automations integration with external IPAM system. Note that this requires for IPAM plug-in to support IPv6 as well.

  • Disk added through vRA 8 can now follow the naming convention followed by vSphere Disk added through vRA8 can now follow the naming convention to include the VM Name and a counter i.e. _1 etc., a naming format which is followed by vSphere while adding a new disk. A new custom property "diskFile" is added to show the full disk path.
