Cloud SWG: Policy Issue

The fix has been rolled out successfully. We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.

We have started deploying a fix to our global infrastructure. It is being deployed in a staggered manner and expected to be completed for all sites by October 31, 2023. We are already seeing positive results for the sites deployed so far. We will provide updates as new information becomes available.

We are aware of a small subset of customers currently experiencing issues with certain Cloud SWG policies. Cloud SWG policies using username or groups may experience unexpected results in the policy execution. This issue is only impacting customers using IPSec or WSS Agent access methods in conjunction with Auth Connector. All other access methods and authentication modes remain operational.

We are actively investigating this issue as a high priority and have engaged all appropriate teams at Broadcom. We will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.
