Monitoring

On September 28, 2023 between approximately 17:24 UTC and 17:32 UTC, DX SaaS customers provisioned on the US Infrastructure may have experienced Portal UI unavailable for approximately up to 5 minutes. As per our investigation, this occurred due to an incident with our Cloud Platform provider. This was a short lived incident and we have not seen any recurrence. The DX SaaS service remains fully operational and we continue to closely monitor the service.
