app-01 - Infrastructure Migration - September 7th, 2023

The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.


As a part of Broadcom Engineering’s ongoing infrastructure maintenance and improvements, the app-01 application node will be transitioned to new cloud infrastructure on September 7th, from 12pm to 2pm EDT.

During this time:

  • The app-01 application node will be unavailable, including the AppNeta WebUI and API
  • The maintenance will not produce any gaps in your Delivery or Usage monitoring history, however there will be a gap in your Experience monitoring history during this time
  • Note that network paths frequently moving in and out of violation for the duration of the deployment may lose up to 1 hour of historical data; however, events will not be lost, only delayed to the end of the migration window.
  • Advanced Voice Assessments and Voice/Video Tests that are either scheduled to start or are running during this window will need to be restarted.
  • Report schedules will be paused during this window, so any reports scheduled to run at this time will be missed

Once complete, public access to the app-01 application node will be moved to a new IP address (, but no other changes should be noticeable to the end-user.
