We confirm the earlier reported issue about Intermittent Drop in Incoming Traffic and Impact to Outgoing Traffic has been Resolved. We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.
Arcot monitoring has detected an Intermittent drop in incoming Authentication requests and Impact to Outgoing Traffic. Our internal teams are engaged at this point who are investigating and also working on service recovery on priority.
Impact: Transactions may be experiencing increased latency with the Arcot ACS resulting in increased directory server timeouts and Incomplete, or Unavailable Authentications. The cardholders may experience failures in attempting to make purchases.
