Endpoint Standard Asset Groups Service Maintenance – EU
On April 3, 2024 at 12:00am EDT, Carbon Black will be performing maintenance on the Asset Groups Service in EU.
During the maintenance period all Carbon Black customer which have Asset Group enabled and configured will not be able to access Asset Group information or create, update, delete existing groups. In addition, there might be a delay performing dynamic group re-evaluation and assignment.
Security Impact: Devices assigned to asset groups should not experience any change in policy posture. On the other hand, new devices might experience a delay receiving policy updates resulting for group membership change.
We anticipate the maintenance work to be completed within 2 hours and the service to resume by 2:00 am EDT.
