• Johannesburg, South Africa GZASO (Previously Johannesburg GZAJB)
• Tel Aviv, Israel (GILTA)
• Milan, Italy (GITMO)
• Paris, France (GFRPA)

The remaining POPs will undergo maintenance as per the previously communicated schedule.

Broadcom will perform general maintenance to the Cloud SWG Service on Zurich, Milan, Tel Aviv, Amsterdam, Paris, London and Johannesburg datacenters on August 15, 2024, starting at 18:00 UTC and completing on August 23, 2024 at 23:00 UTC. Required Action by Connection Method

• IPsec: Switch to your secondary tunnel prior to the maintenance window.
• Explicit proxy and proxy forwarding: Customers directing traffic to proxy.threatpulse.net will be automatically redirected by the service to the nearest alternate site during the maintenance window.
• Agent: no actions required.
