As on December 17, 2024, Carbon Black Cloud customers in the Japan region may have been experiencing issues searching for events and alerts on the 'Investigate' page on the Cloud Portal.

Investigate search is not working for customers in Japan region. We have identified the cause of the issue and working on a fix to be implemented. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
