Carbon Black Cloud, a division of Broadcom, will be performing updates for Vulnerability Assessment Services in the EU region beginning December 19, 2024 starting at 04:30 UTC, for a duration of 8 hours.

Impact

During the maintenance window, CSR users would not be able to add/modify/delete any entitlements related to Vulnerability Assessment.

Sensors will continue to monitor and prevent threats in your environment.

The vulnerability data for customer assets will be available in read-only mode. Data modification operations like - reassess of assets, dismiss/undismiss of vulnerabilities would fail. Scheduled Vulnerability scans might get delayed post window closure, which ensures that any customer asset data impacted would be recollected within 24 hours.
