  • Summary: The ConnectALL SaaS team will be performing the following scheduled maintenance

  • Schedule: The maintenance will be performed at the start time listed in this announcement below.

  • Service Availability: The ConnectALL SaaS application will be unavailable, during the maintenance duration. Although the duration of this maintenance is scheduled for 24 hours, we anticipate the duration to be shorter. You will be notified upon completion.

  • Impacts: There is no new functionality being introduced as part of this maintenance. Customers that are impacted by the migration received an email notification on December 22, 2023 titled “ConnectALL SaaS Customer Migration Notice” detailing the impacts to them. If you did not receive the email there is no impact to you other than the service outage.

  • Actions Required: For customers that received the above referenced email notice, please refer to that email for detailed actions. If you did not receive the email, no actions are required.

  • Details: Broadcom is migrating all ConnectALL customers to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Broadcom is undertaking this effort to continue improving the ConnectALL SaaS offering by leveraging modern SaaS capabilities that Broadcom has enabled in GCP.
