  • Impact: No functionality updates are being made during this maintenance.

  • Action Required: In order to minimize impact to your business processes, Broadcom recommends taking the following actions to your Clarity SaaS applications prior to the start of the maintenance:

    • Pause all scheduled Jobs and Reports
    • Reschedule external integration jobs outside of the maintenance window

    After maintenance is complete:

    • Login to each of your impacted Clarity SaaS applications
    • Resume all paused schedules

  • Details: The below disruptive activity will be performed during this maintenance:

    • CHG1901967: SSL certificate renewal for all *.clarityppm.saas.broadcom.com endpoint url's for Non-Production and Production. No impact is anticipated. No change to CA. Please contact Broadcom Support below if you require an advanced copy of the certificate.
    • caCHG1864947/usCHG1864956: OS patching for the Production SFTP servers (PPM ADPTR) Previously implemented in Non-Production.
    • caCHG1864918/usCHG1864922: OS patching for the Production database servers (PPM DB) Previously implemented in Non-Production.
    • CHG1909627: Implementation of the HPA (Horizontal Pod Autoscaling) for PPM application in Production (HPA Implementation) Previously implemented in Non-Production.
