We have identified infrequent DLP scanning failures (timeouts) on requests originating from Tel Aviv, Israel (me-west1) Data Center. Failed requests can be identified in the Activity Logs.
The final verdict for these events is determined by the "Fail Open Policy" in the "Upload Profile". Customers are advised to review their current policy settings, and adjust them accordingly during this incident.
