On July 20, 2024 between 20:00 and 20:40 UTC, FedRAMP customers may have experienced reporting issues through portal reporting and dashboards. Impacted customers may have been unable to view or access any reports on their portal's dashboard or reporting sections. Note that Real-time traffic filtering was not impacted and all other aspects of the service remained functional.
As of 20:40 UTC, the reporting service is fully restored and we continue to closely monitor the service.
