We have monitored the service for stability and this incident will now be closed.

Broadcom Engineering has implemented a mitigation against the affected Global Monitoring Points and they appear to be functioning as expected. We will continue to monitor these across the next few hours.

Investigating

Our investigation has led us to conclude that the source of this issue lies with an upstream provider. We are working with this provider to mitigate the issue, but expect it will continue.

To clarify the scope, this Global Monitoring Point issue as affecting only a handful of customer GMPs within the WestUS region.
