We have identified the cause of the issue and have implemented a fix. We will now monitor the service for stability and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.

Investigating

We are aware of an issue with customers being unable to add or remove users and groups using Schemus synchronization. New users will not be able to send or receive emails through the service.
