Monitoring

Arcot confirms that internal teams were able to take necessary actions to restore the service and post this we no longer notice increased latencies in transaction processing.

Impact: Cardholder transactions continue to get processed without any issues.

Arcot continues to stay focused on transaction health monitoring and shall get back to you with the next update by 16:45 HRS GMT.

Investigating

Arcot monitoring has detected an elevated failure rate of Risk Assessment for transactions. Our internal teams are engaged at this point who are investigating and also working on service recovery on priority.

Impact: Transaction authentication may experience increased latency and based on fallback rules may be denied. If fallback processing is enabled the cardholder will be challenged for transactions that would normally may not be challenged for. If the transaction is denied in the AREQ leg or the challenge fails and if 'Attempts' processing is not available for this transaction, it is likely that the cardholder may be have been prompted for another payment method.

We shall get back to you with the next update by 16:15 HRS GMT.
