VMware VeloCloud SASE: Sydney SD-WAN Gateway Latency Issue
We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.
On March 11, 2024 between 11:53 and 12:45 UTC, customers connecting to the internet via VMware VeloCloud SD-WAN Sydney Gateway SYD2 may have experienced latency issues.
As of 12:45 UTC, the issue has been resolved. Customers should no longer experience latency issues.
We continue to monitor the service for stability and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
