We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.

Monitoring

On March 1, 2024, DX SaaS services may have experienced an extended outage during this maintenance window communicated earlier. The anticipated downtime during this maintenance window was 30 minutes however due to an unforeseen issue, downtime was extended to 90 minutes.

All services are now restored. We continue to monitor the service for stability and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
