Broadcom is performing planned maintenance of Symantec Messaging Gateway beginning April 30, 2024, starting at 09:00 UTC, for a duration of 7 hours.
Impact
During the maintenance window, customers may experience the following:
- Customers may receive Intermittent 5xx errors for the SMG Customer Specific Rules features and reports during the maintenance window
- Intermittent disruption in registration service
- Intermittent disruption in rule download requests
- Intermittent disruption in posting consumer spam submission
- Intermittent disruption in probe address addition
All other aspects of the product will work as expected during the maintenance window.
