  • Impact: No functionality updates are being made during this maintenance.

  • Action Required: In order to minimize impact to your business processes, Broadcom recommends taking the following actions to your Clarity SaaS applications prior to the start of the maintenance:

    • Pause all scheduled Jobs and Reports
    • Reschedule external integration jobs outside of the maintenance window

    After maintenance is complete:

    • Login to each of your impacted Clarity SaaS applications
    • Resume all paused schedules

    • CHG1983680: Migrate SaaS DB Host OS from CentOS to Rocky Linux (Non-Production)

    NOTE: The expected duration of the non-production maintenance is variable and some environments will take longer than others. While we expect all maintenance to be completed within the scheduled time, some environments may require additional processing time. Any environments requiring additional time will be notified prior to scheduled end time. Your production environment’s scheduled availability will not be impacted.
