Customers in the EU region may observe an issue where incident events are not loading under the Incident details page. We have identified the cause of this issue and a fix will be delivered on November 21, at 04:30 UTC.

There is no data loss and events can be still viewed using the Investigate menu under the incident graph or directly on the Investigate page. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
