Broadcom is conducting a scheduled maintenance of Symantec Messaging Gateway beginning November 13, 2024, starting at 05:00 UTC, for a duration of 2.5 hours.
Impact
During the maintenance window customers may experience the following:
- Customers may receive Intermittent 5xx errors for the SMG Customer Specific Rules features and reports during the maintenance window.
- Delay in reflecting change/submission requests.
All other aspects of the product will work as expected during the maintenance window.
