Our encryption partner Echoworx will be performing a scheduled maintenance, beginning October 06, 2024 starting at 01:00 UTC, for a duration of 3 hours. This upgrade will bring Echoworx backend services to the latest feature release.

Impact

During this maintenance, some components of the service will be offline.

  • All email routed to Echoworx for encryption will be queued for processing as soon as services are restored.
  • The EMX Web Portal (for recipients), and the EMG Admin Console (for administrators) will be offline. If users attempt to visit the Portal, the following error will be displayed: We’ll be back soon! Sorry for the inconvenience. We’re performing scheduled maintenance at the moment.
