We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.
We have identified the cause of the issue and have implemented a fix. We will now monitor the service for stability and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.
The VMware VeloCloud SASE team has become aware of a potential service event. Orchestrator vco134-usvi1 is not able to push configuration updates to edges.
Our engineering teams are engaged and are working with AWS support to investigate the issue. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
