Broadcom will perform maintenance on the Document Isolation service, which is used to safely view documents remotely.
The planned update allows High-Risk Isolation users to view password-protected PDF files without an explicit scanning exemption.
Timing
The maintenance window will run on August 25, 2024. All maintenance will occur between 07:00 and 15:00 UTC.
Impact
There is no expected impact to customers during this maintenance.
