  • Bangkok, Thailand (GTHBA)

Impact

During this maintenance event all services will remain operational and available. The following describes what happens to connected clients, depending on access method used:

  • IPsec: no actions required.
  • Explicit proxy/ WSS Agent / SEA (Symantec Enterprise Agent) / Proxy Forwarding: The service automatically redirects connections to active data pods within the same data center or geographic location. This is for information only, and the customer does not need to take any action.

IP address maintenance will be performed as part of this maintenance. If you have restrictive access policies and allow our existing network ranges you won't be impacted. Please review our best practices and published network ranges in this article.
