We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.

Monitoring

Our SMS provider has implemented a fix. We will now monitor the service for stability and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.

Investigating

We are aware of VIP customers in the US region using AT&T experiencing issues with SMS short-code delivery. We can confirm that our SMS provider is having delivery issues.

As a workaround, based on individual customer configuration, voice, push or manual security code options can be used.

We will provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.
