The Tokyo, Japan (GJPTK) POP is now online but experiencing degraded performance. The majority of the customer traffic is being processed by Osaka, Japan (GJPOS) POP. We continue to work on the underlying issue and will provide updates as new information becomes available.
The Tokyo, Japan (GJPTK) POP is currently unavailable. We are investigating the issue and will provide additional updates as new information becomes available. All traffic will be serviced via an alternate/failover POP.
