Arcot team investigation revealed that there are certain areas where CBDS needs to investigate further and come back. Arcot continues to stay engaged and followup wth CBDS on the same. With this update, we are closing the notification cadence updates for the incident. Further updates will be sent to the impacted customers via technical support case.

Arcot confirms that the internal team continues to work on service recovery as a priority. The Arcot team has identified an issue related to the connection with the CBDS and has shared the findings with them. We are awaiting further investigative findings from the CBDS.

Arcot monitoring has detected intermittent issues with RREQ not being received from the CBDS. Our internal teams are currently engaged in investigating this matter and are also working with CBDS to understand the issue better.
Impact: Transactions that do not require a challenge step (frictionless) will not be affected. However, for challenge transactions, the verification requests (RSRq) cannot be processed successfully for some of the challenged transactions because the authentication status (Result Request - RReq) has not been received from the Directory Server.
