Investigating

We are aware of Web Isolation customers facing an issue with URL Categorization and Risk Assessment. As a result, all websites are assigned with a fallback value of Risk Level 5 and Uncategorized classification for customers that use classification in their policy.

By default, the request is matched on the first rule in the policy that does not depend on the classification as match criteria (such as the Default Rule).

For more information on how the error is handled in Web Isolation, please refer to this link.

Our engineering teams are actively engaged and investigating this issue with high priority. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
