Arcot confirms that the issue impacting access to the RA Admin console has been resolved. Internal teams were able to take necessary actions to restore console availability and with this update we confirm that the incident stands resolved.

Arcot is currently aware that customers are experiencing access issues while trying to access the Risk Analytics (RA) Admin console.
This issue is only impacting the availability of the RA Admin console, while transaction processing and risk evaluation remain unaffected.
Arcot is working on the resolution and is also investigating the cause of this issue. We will provide the next update by 05:45 GMT.
