We have implemented a fix. We will now monitor the service for stability and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.
We are currently investigating an issue with Cloud SWG. Starting May 23, 2025 at 05:52 UTC, clients using explicit proxy or proxies using proxy forwarding to mainland China using hostnames cn.proxy.wss.broadcom.cn or proxy.wss.broadcom.cn will be sent to Cloud SWG POPs outside of mainland China. This is impacting customers expecting to connect to Beijing, China (ACNBJ) and Shanghai, China (ACNSH) POPs.
As a workaround customers can use different hostname or point to a VIP directly. See the following article for details: (https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/208150)
Our engineering teams are engaged and actively investigating the issue. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
