The following additional maintenance will be performed during the previously scheduled and notified October monthly maintenance window. There is no change to the scheduled maintenance window duration. Please note the change to non-production environment availability during the maintenance.

  • Service Availability: Your non-production environments will be intermittently unavailable during the duration maintenance window

  • Impact: The previously communicated maintenance will be updated to additionally deploy a high priority security patch. This patch will not include new functionality.

  • Action Required: No actions are required.

  • Details: In an effort to address a recently identified security issue with our Clarity service, the Clarity SaaS team is applying an infrastructure patch to your environments. The following issue is addressed as part of this maintenance activity:

  • Service Availability: You will experience intermittent access to your Production SFTP. Performance of all environments may be degraded during the entire duration of the maintenance.

  • Impact: No functionality updates are being made during this maintenance.

  • Action Required: In order to minimize impact to your business processes, Broadcom recommends taking the following actions to your Non-production and Production Clarity SaaS applications prior to the start of the maintenance:

    • Pause all scheduled Jobs, Interfaces, and Reports
    • Reschedule external integration jobs outside of the maintenance window

    After maintenance is complete:

    • Login to each of your impacted Clarity SaaS applications
    • Resume all paused schedules
