Our encryption partner Echoworx will be performing a scheduled maintenance. This upgrade will bring Echoworx backend services to the latest feature release.
Timing
The maintenance window will run on October 25, 2025. See timing for each region below:
EMEA: All maintenance will occur between 13:00 and 18:00 UTC.
NAM: All maintenance will occur between 14:00 and 19:00 UTC.
Impact
During this maintenance, some components of the service will be offline.
All email routed to Echoworx for encryption will be queued for processing as soon as services are restored.
The EMX Web Portal (for recipients), and the EMG Admin Console (for administrators) will be offline. If users attempt to visit the Portal, the following error will be displayed: We’ll be back soon! Sorry for the inconvenience. We’re performing scheduled maintenance at the moment.
