Arcot confirms that the issue which caused an increased failure rate in test transactions initiated via the banking app has been resolved.Internal teams were able to take necessary actions to restore Banking operations health and with this update we confirm that the incident stands resolved. Arcot confirms that the internal team continue to work on the service recovery on priority.

Impact : Banking test transactions initiated using banking app would result in error.

Arcot monitoring has detected a spike in higher failure rates for banking operations login requests.

Impact: Bank customers would notice error while trying to access their banking app.

Our internal teams are engaged at this point who are investigating and also working on service recovery on priority. There is no impact to production traffic, this is only impacting UAT.
