We are no longer experiencing SMS/MMS delivery delays when sending messages to Verizon Wireless in the United States from a subset of long codes, short codes, and toll-free numbers. This incident has been resolved.

Monitoring

Customers should no longer experience issues with SMS delivery. We will now monitor the service for stability and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.

Our SMS provider is actively working with their carrier partner to resolve the issue. We will share updates as soon as additional information becomes available.

Investigating

We are aware of VIP customers in the US region experiencing issues using Verizon Network for SMS from a subset of long codes, short codes, and toll-free numbers. We can confirm that our SMS provider is having delivery issues.

As a workaround, based on individual customer configuration, voice, push or manual security code options can be used. We will provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.
