Layer7, a division of Broadcom, is performing a Certificate update and Production 5.4.2.4 Upgrade on 22nd Oct, 2026, at 05:00 UTC, for a duration of 4 hours.
Customers will have to update trusted outbound SSL certificates on the API Gateways after this maintenance is complete to resume the synchronization process.
The steps for updating the certificates can be found at Techdocs: Update the Gateway with New Portal Certificates.
Impact:
During the maintenance period, Portal will be intermittently available.
