On March 19, 2020, between 10:00 UTC and 12:00 UTC, customer connections to the Shanghai (SHA1) data center may have experienced decreased performance or disconnect to Office 365 applications from the service due to third-party upstream filtering. This issue has been resolved, and normal connectivity restored.
