Identified

We are aware of DX SaaS Operational Intelligence (OI) customers experiencing issues in processing the Alarms actions and manual tickets. As per our investigation, whenever a bulk alarm action is triggered, tenant id is set to static value of the respective tenant. Post this action, if any Alarm Actions/manual ticketing is triggered for any other tenant, it is failing due to this static tenant ID. Customers are requested to avoid using the bulk alarm action.

We have identified the cause of this issue and are working on a fix. We will provide updates as new information becomes available. All other aspects of the product are functioning as normal.
