Broadcom Engineering has made a change that we believe has addressed this issue. We will continue to monitor through the weekend to ensure stability in logins before closing this incident.
Broadcom Engineering is investigating an issue whereby some users are reporting issues logging into AppNeta via Broadcom Single Sign On. When this occurs, a user is redirected to a page that indicates an internal error after logging in. Affected users have found that logging in via a private browser window or "incognito" allows the login to succeed, as does clearing the browser cache.
