WSS Agent Updates
• WSS Agent 7.4.2 replaces 7.3.5 as the Recommended Release • WSS Agent 7.5.1 replaces 7.4.2 as the Maintenance Release • Windows 11 support • macOS Monterey support • Windows 10 multi-session support for Azure Virtual Desktop (beta) • Integrated SymDiag • Install-time option to disable the reconnect button • Expose connection status for third-party device posture checks • Various stability improvements and bug fixes
For a list of enhancements and resolved issues per version, see Recent WSS Agent Releases.
Impact
• During the maintenance period, administrators may need to re-authenticate to the portal. • Real-time traffic filtering will not be impacted by this maintenance. • Active log download sessions may experience a brief disruption, which can be resolved by retrying the download. • Expect intermittent portal availability and existing authenticated sessions to be ended. • Customers using Management Center jobs to update UPE policy may see the connection terminated and re-established. During the maintenance period, UPE policy push will be unavailable. All previously configured policies will remain active.
Schedule
• Start time: November 17, 2021, at 16:00 UTC • End time: November 17, 2021, at 20:00 UTC
