Clarity SaaS Maintenance - Update OutBound IP Range APJ

  • Summary: The Clarity SaaS team will be performing the following maintenance to update the outbound IP address range utilized to deliver your Clarity SaaS offering during the upcoming November scheduled monthly maintenance

  • Schedule: See start time and duration below

  • Service Availability: The Clarity SaaS application will be unavailable during the maintenance duration.

  • Impacts: If you have deployed IP address specific configurations (this is uncommon) then you may have post maintenance service disruptions until you perform the actions listed below.

  • Actions Required:

    If your organization has not deployed any IP address dependent configurations, no actions are required.

    If your organization has deployed any IP address dependent configurations (i.e. integrations, whitelisting of application IP addresses, etc.), then those configurations need to be updated with the new IP addresses. Please complete the following steps:

    • Open a support case requesting the new IP addresses
    • Share the new IP addresses with your network team
    • Ensure the new IP addresses are added to your network configuration prior to or immediately after this maintenance is completed.
    • Insure any integrations utilizing IP addresses are updated to use the new IP addresses

  • Reference ID: TBD - will be provided in the Monthly Maintenance notice in early November

  • Details:Broadcom will be performing infrastructure maintenance during this window. After the maintenance is complete, outbound application IP addresses will change. Due to security reasons IP addresses are not disclosed publicly.
