We are in the process of applying a fix. This may lead to a brief service interruption:

  • Existing authenticated portal sessions will be terminated. Administrators must re-authenticate to the portal.
  • Active log download sessions may experience a brief disruption, which can be resolved by restarting the download.
  • The portal might be available intermittently.
  • If you use Management Center jobs to update Universal Policy Enforcement (UPE) policy, the connection might be terminated and re-established. UPE policy push will be unavailable.

Universal Policy Enforcement (UPE) updates from Management Center devices are currently being rejected by Cloud SWG for large policy updates. This issue is only impacting a small subset of customers.

We have identified the cause of this issue and a fix in Cloud SWG is being worked on. Please note that there is no impact on protection services, and all other aspects of our services remain functional. We will provide additional updates as new information becomes available.
